Fabrication on our floor
Cut, jointed, sanded, finished and test-fitted on our floor.
Stock is bought by the log and stickered in our racks with your job number on it. Faces are laid out and numbered before a sheet is cut, so a run reads as one board.
Everything is milled on Mill Street: CNC for the repeatable parts, the hand bench for the parts that are not. Drawer boxes are dovetailed and sanded to 220 inside.
Before anything is loaded on the truck it is test-fitted on the floor to the survey dimensions. A joint is either right or it is not.
